corporate training services For writing
At key skillset of a corporate environment is accurate, concise and persuasive writing, regardless of the job description. You will be required to present information to clients, write effective pitches to bring in finance or get approval for R&D, collate research reports for clients, and report to senior staff in written form - most corporate jobs require eloquent, accessible and informative reporting and information production. Graduate training programmes focus on inducting new hires into company ethos, culture, and compliance procedures, alongside what is assumed to be the practical skillet of that particular hire-track. This is not surprising, as in-house training can be largely driven, designed and delivered by those already employed and performing that role. Writing excellence is not typically identified as a training need and is neglected, so in-house staff will rarely be trained to deliver effective writing training. It is assumed - wrongly - that graduates will come into the programme with excellent writing skills, yet time and again senior staff spend valuable time correcting and re-writing pitches and reports that should have been executed first time. The impact on the bottom is eye watering - this is not what you want your senior managers doing. This is waste of talent, time and money.
