Short targeted writing courses

If you want to know how to ‘upgrade’ your writing to the PhD level - you need to be more sophisticated and concise and get the analysis right - you need the critical writing course. A short course with examples of what to do and what not to do to get your writing up to scratch.

If you have been tasked with your literature review chapter by your supervisor, or you are re-writing the first year attempt, the Lit review course is the one for you. Step by Step guide in a short course giving your everything you need to know to do this right, with examples.

Bespoke 1-1 support for PhD candidates

  • intensive feedback on your writing,

  • 1-1 coaching on how to deal with issues you are facing on your programme, with your writing, or your supervisor.

The mix of services and support provided are tailored to your specific situation after consultation. You can start and stop the support - in 10 or 20 week blocks - as and when you require it over the period of your candidacy
